The Domain certification COEs focus would be to enable a domain certified workforce within the organization who are equipped to add value to our clients, through the domain knowledge that they possess at various levels.
The Domain certification programs are offered through internal and external channels.
As we live in a VUCA world, the priority of most o the organizations in the market today is to fulfill the digital agenda for the organization. In this direction, Digital COE would focus on creating awareness and enhancing working knowledge of relevant key digital avenues available in the competitive market. These programs would be identified based on the need of each business vertical, and would be delivered through internal and external tie-ups.
The objective of this COE is to give a strong foundation of soft skills knowledge to our talent pool, as they engage with our end customers. This is ensured through a soft skills train the trainer certification process.
