Skills and Requirement
- Graduate/postgraduate in management
- Full Time, permanent employment
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR & Administration
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- A high degree of proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, proactive, energetic, hardworking, self-motivated, assertive, articulate and must be a highly committed individual
Duties & Responsibilities
- Facilitate the hiring process in coordination with the recruiter. Organising interviews and conducting reference checks of shortlisted candidates and supporting any other hiring activities as &when required
- Attendance Management and payroll inputs
- Organize a filing system for HR & Admin documents
- Maintain employee records, MIS
- Audit management and facilitate supporting
- Vendor management and payments
- Prepare regular reports on office expenses & budgets
- Coordinating with concerned department/designated person and building a bridge for smooth functioning with different facility providers

- 2.5 to 3.00 LPA – Mohali
- 5 LPA – Greater Noida, Agra
