  • Graduate/postgraduate in management
  • Full Time, permanent employment 
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR & Administration
  • Good written & verbal communication skills
  • A high degree of proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, proactive, energetic, hardworking, self-motivated, assertive, articulate and must be a highly committed individual
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the hiring process in coordination with the recruiter. Organising interviews and conducting reference checks of shortlisted candidates and supporting any other hiring activities as &when required
  • Attendance Management and payroll inputs
  • Organize a filing system for HR & Admin documents
  • Maintain employee records, MIS
  • Audit management and facilitate supporting
  • Vendor management and payments
  • Prepare regular reports on office expenses & budgets
  • Coordinating with concerned department/designated person and building a bridge for smooth functioning with different facility providers
