Skills and Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field required
  • 3 to 6 years of related experience required
  • Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software (SAP & Darwinbox)
  • Proficient with payroll software
Duties/Responsibilities 
  • Run payroll in an efficient, accurate & timely manner.
  • Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Ensuring compliance by following policies and procedures.
  • Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as required.
  • Collate data from Business HR
  • Supervise and direct the payroll team
  • Direct payroll team’s workload to meet deadlines
  • Administer benefit plans
  • Review payroll policies and amend procedures when required
  • Oversee the preparation of payroll-related documents
  • Organize current employee data systems
  • Monitor the accurate processing of new appointments, transfers, promotions, and FNF
  • Maintain accurate account balances
  • Performance management of payroll staff for growth within the team
  • Arrange weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports
  • Ensure all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements and support internal and external audits related as such

Role & Designation: Payroll manager

Salary – 8 LPA to 10 LPA
