From the Thought Leader perspective, we, at Conneqt, have analysed and understood the importance of PMI and have re-transformed our strategy to suite the industry needs and re-aligned ourselves even before other organizations were thinking about it. So we consider ourselves as EARLY ADAPTORS of PMI functions and functionalities. In 2015 we decided to begin with our transitions journey, and continued to expand our horizons with the changes in the project management landscape. Over a period of five years, our result-oriented transition methodology has matured significantly and now the transitions team is geared up to offer Project Management as a service.
